Picture 3. I made this homemade white Amish bread on March 15, 2011, and it was absolutely delicious! I made eight different loaves, using my kitchen aid, (blue steel) prof 600 stand mixer. I only have two loaves presently remaining, and it has only been three days since they were baked. (3.18.2011)
